Delivery charges
Delivery is free on orders over ₹999. Below that, a flat charge applies and is shown in your cart before you pay.
Dispatch and transit
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day; otherwise the next working day. Metro addresses typically receive orders in 2–4 working days, and other serviceable PIN codes in 4–7.
Large items such as trampolines, play kitchens and outdoor gear ship by surface freight and may take 7–10 working days.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once the courier collects your parcel. You can also see order status under My orders.
