Seven days to change your mind on unopened items.
What can be returned
Unopened items in their original, undamaged packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Because toys are resold, the outer packaging must be intact and the seals unbroken.
Items that cannot be returned once opened: craft consumables such as clay and paint, and anything with a hygiene seal.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, email hello@kidzmigo.com with your order number and a photograph within 48 hours of delivery. We arrange a free collection and send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the item reaching us. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
